Here we go:
New image 700x500 flood fill white
copy and paste element glitter swirl 1 as new layer
Resize doodle 1, [I always resize using my deform tool by pulling in all height and sides]
copy and paste doodle 1 [refer to tag for position]
bring in paper 12 and paper 2 from scrapkit
color pallate:
foreground set as paper pattern 12
background as paper pattern 2
select rectangle tool
line solid
width 4.00
draw a square onto your canvas
convert to raster layer by right clicking on this layer in your layer pallate and choosing raster layer
magic wand
click inside rectangle
copy and paste your tube as new layer
selections, invert, hit delete button
selections, select none
copy and paste other elements from this lovely kit, layer them up as to your preference
I used the edging 3, resized and put that around my image, duplicated, image, mirror and had this as part of a frame
Add artist copyright and your 'tagged by' logo and your done!
