This kit I am using is called:
Summer morning free kit
Lets begin:
New image 550x550 transparent
resize element 21, I do this using the deform tool and pulling in each side
copy and paste onto your canvas, twist to the left slightly
copy and paste element 23 as new layer
make to fit using deform tool
copy and paste tube, move below ribbons
make ribbon layer active
with easer tool erase part of the ribbon from one of her legs
Bring in any other elements from scrapkit and use to your taste and preference
Bring in element 9, reduce size as before
copy and paste onto canvas and put into position [refer to tag]
crop close up on the image
with magic wand, click inside element 9
selections, modify, expand by 2
copy and paste close up INTO selection
Duplicate this layer several times and move into position [refer to tag]
You may need to move tube and ribbon up a few layers
Once done, add artist copyright and your 'tagged by' logo
