Lets begin:
New image 500x600 flood fill white
copy and paste paper 1 as new layer
bring in mask and minimize
Layers
new mask layer
from image select your mask
Invert mask data unchecked, apply mask OK

Go to layer pallatte right click on mask layer and merge group
bring in paper 3
Eclipse tool, select circle
color pallate;
foreground black; line width 8
Background color same as paper pattern
new raster layer
draw circle in center of your canvas, convert to raster layer
with deform tool widen or narrow as to your prefference
copy and paste tube as new layer
resize other elements from this scrapkit that you are going to use [I use the deform tool to acheive this]
build up your tag
add artist copyright and your 'tagged by' logo and your done.
