Lets begin:

new image 500 x 500 transparent
reduce size of element 10 using the deform tool and pulling in all sides, copy and paste onto your canvas
resize the same way using one of the frames
copy and paste onto canvas as a new layer
duplicate
move below original
using deform tool twist to the left slightly
copy and paste your tube
add other elements as needed and to your preference
add artist copyright
