Lets begin

New image 500x500 flood fill white
copy and paste paper 1 as new layer
bring in mask and minimize
layers, new mask layer
from image select mask
Invert mask data unchecked
OK
merge group
copy and paste frame as new layer, I enlarged this slightly using the deform tool
image, mirror
copy and paste sign posts
then your tube
copy and paste trolley
I copied and pasted the purse and hung it over the handle of the trolley, erasing part of the handle of the purse
and other elements from this scrapkit of your choice
add artist copyright.
