I am using the lovely PTU scrapkit from the designer TammyJo. It is named:
THE BEAUTY OF SUMMER

The mask I am using is one of Weescottslass WSL_84

New image 550x550 flood fill white
copy and paste paper 4 as new layer
bring in mask and minimize
layers, new mask layer
in drop down menu select mask
Invert mask data unchecked
OK
Right click in layer pallate and merge group
using deform tool resize yellow frame
copy and paste onto canvas
click inside frame with magic wand
selections, modify, expand by 4
bring in paper 08
copy and paste as new layer
selections, invert, press delete key
move layer down below frame
select none
copy and paste tube
add drop shadow
copy and paste other elements from scrapkit
add artist copyright and your 'tagged by' logo
