Bring template into PSP
right click in layer pallate
delete copyright layer
make bottom layer active
right click in layer pallate and make new raster layer
copy and paste pink paper from scrapkit as new layer
bring in mask
minimize
layers, new mask layer, drop down menu
select mask
invert mask data uchecked OK
right click mask layer in layer pallate and merge visible

Make first layer of template active [working from bottom to top]
*selections
select all
selections, float
selections, defloat
copy and paste one of the papers as new layer
selections, invert delete
select none*

repeat from * to * building up your template
When you get to the rectangle shape, resize your tube and copy and paste into rectangle, drop opacity to 48%
Write the words
'fun in the sun.....' onto strips
copy and paste onto other 3 strips
I used one of the paper patterns to write the words
SUMMER PLAY
Copy and paste your tube as new layer
add artist copyright and your 'tagged by' logo
