eclipse tool
line solid
width 10.00
color pallate set at:
foreground blue
background same grean on tube
draw circle onto canvas toward lower bottom
convert to raster layer
duplicate, move above [refer to pic]
reverse colors on color pallate
new raster layer
draw a larger circle in the middle of canvas
convert to raster layer
magic wand, click inside center
effects
eye candy 4000 fur
settings:
wave 66
waviness 9
length 27
shininess 155
OK
select none
add drop shadow
-2
-10

8.00
copy and paste your tube as new layer
add other elements that you may have to 'spice' up the tag!!!
don't forget to add artist copyright and your 'tagged by' logo
